Cancellation Policy

NO SHOWS

If you are a no-show to your service or you cancel last minute, your card will be charged 50% of the service to cover the time and opportunity cost for our Aestheticians.

CANCELLATIONS

We hold on to your appointment time just for you! if you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide us with 24 hours’ notice. Giving us that 24-hour buffer is much appreciated as it allows us to adjust schedules and hopefully accommodate clients on our waitlist!
