Antioxidant serum combines 20% L-Ascorbic acid plus ferulic acid and vitamin E in an anhydrous formulation for optimal efficacy.

Water-free formulation ensures stability of L-Ascorbic Acid at 20%.

Directions For Use

Apply a thin layer to the face, neck, and décolleté twice daily. Follow with your normal skincare regimen.

However, for any reason, if you are not and would like to return a Kenzie Skin product, please email mackenzierobertskin@gmail.com within 35 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be unused and in its original packaging for a full refund minus any previous shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on products that have been opened unless they are faulty.

All returns are evaluated before being processed and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Defective or leaking products will be replaced at no extra cost. Kenzie Skin will enclose a prepaid return label along with the product replacement. Please note that we will require photographic evidence before any replacement products are sent out.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

• Shipments are sent Monday through Friday each week, excluding major holidays. Orders are processed within two business days of being placed.

• Delivery options are calculated based on business days.

• Saturday delivery not available for all shipping options and destinations.

• Ground shipping is used on all orders and is caluclated at checkout.

• Each order will be shipped to one address only.

• We are unable to deliver to PO Box, APO, FPO & DPO addresses, and to customers outside of the United States.

• Customers have up to 30 minutes after an order has been placed to cancel their order via the links in the order confirmation screen and/or the order confirmation email. Orders cannot be canceled after 30 minutes.

• Customers are responsible for notifying our consumer support team when an order has been returned to Kenzie Skin by the shipper due to an insufficient address or other delivery issues.

• Kenzie Skin orders are shipped to contiguous U.S. residential addresses only, and can take up to 6 business days to be delivered (excluding holidays).
